Since 1996, Miller Technical Services has been providing a full range of IT services for individuals, small and midsize business throughout the Triangle area. From infrastructure (wired and wireless), networking, routers, switches, firewalls, data protection, power protection, virus removal and prevention, computer desktop and laptop repair and maintenance, application support, and consulting, we have the knowledge and proven experience to meet your needs.
Unless they have retired, most of our clients have been with us since the beginning going back to the 1990's. That level of relationship building is what we take the most pride in.
The overall philosophy of Miller Technical Services is this: We practice the viewpoint that each individual is a customer. So, whether we are working at a business comprised of twenty people, we treat each person as an individual customer. It does not get more personal than that. With over twenty year's experience, we have learned that an individuals personality melds with their use of their computer, and technology, in general. That level of perspective is essential for providing true solutions to both needs and issues.
